CONFORM连续挤压是七十年代初发明,八十年代在有色金属加工工业上获得迅速发展的一种实用的挤压方法。它具有挤压过程连续化、节能明显、制品组织性能均匀、材料利用率高、生产率高、以及设备紧凑、造价较低、占地少等许多优点。本文介绍了CONFORM连续挤压的原理、工艺特点、国内外的发展概况和在铝及铝合金管、棒、型、线材生产上的应用情况。最后,就我国有色金属加工工业开发推广CONFORM连续挤压技术提出了几点粗浅的建议。
CONFORM continuous extrusion is the invention of the early 1970s, the eighties in the nonferrous metal processing industry to obtain rapid development of a practical extrusion method. It has the advantages of continuous extrusion process, obvious energy saving, uniform product structure, high material utilization rate, high productivity, compact equipment, low cost and small area. This paper introduces the principle and technological characteristics of CONFORM continuous extrusion, the development situation both at home and abroad, and the application in the production of aluminum, aluminum alloy pipe, rod, type and wire. Finally, some superficial suggestions are put forward on how to develop CONFORM continuous extrusion technology in China’s non-ferrous metal processing industry.
