教师的语言文字素养,是教师在平日的教学和教育工作中所表现出来的、在语言文字的理解和运用方面所达到的水平。教师的教学能力是教师诸多素养的集中体现,而语言文字素养是形成教学能力的最基本的要素。
Teachers’ language literacy is the level teachers have demonstrated in teaching and education on weekdays, with respect to the understanding and application of spoken and written language. Teachers ’teaching ability is the concentrated embodiment of many teachers’ literacy, while the literacy accomplishment of language is the most basic factor that forms the teaching ability.
