急速变化的市场要求快速变化的组织不断更新人才,挖人、被挖、反挖已成为组织必须面临的常态,这一点从生意兴隆的猎头公司身上就可以展现无疑。在竞争激烈的人才市场中保持自己的核心员工不被挖走已无可能,最终决定员工流动的是市场,而不是企业。企业可以消除影响员工流动的因素,但却无法消除市场的吸引力。企业所能做的就是有效降低核心员工的流失率。企业是否能有效地留住核心人才,将是一个企业能否持续发展和基业常青的重要因素,因为核心人才是一个企业最重要的战略资源,是企业价值的主要创造者。特别在经济全球化和跨国公司核心人才本土化策略实施的同时,我国企业将面临越来越激烈的核心人才竞争。然而,尽管企业领导者在日常的管理中都非常注重核心人力资源在企业中的作用,都意识到核心人才的重要性,
