模板作为外部约束构件,对混凝土墙体早期收缩的作用较大,是导致混凝土墙体早期开裂的因素之一。在保证混凝土结构墙体本身温、湿度不剧烈变化的前提下,适时松模或拆模,可以减少混凝土墙体的早期开裂。通过现场力学试验研究及工程应用,总结出了超长混凝土结构墙体的松模技术标准,可为类似工程参考。
As an external constraint member, the template plays an important role in the early shrinkage of the concrete wall and is one of the factors leading to the early cracking of the concrete wall. Under the premise of ensuring that the temperature and humidity of the concrete structure wall itself are not drastically changed, timely loose-mold or disassembled molds can reduce the early cracking of the concrete wall. Through on-the-spot mechanical test research and engineering application, summarized the loose mold technical standard of the ultra-long concrete structure wall, which can be reference for similar projects.
