胃复安为胃、十二指肠、胆道疾病的常用药物,引起精神异常的报告甚少,本院最近发生一例,报告如下:患者,女,47岁,已婚,因无规律性上腹部隐痛伴泛酸、嗳气及食欲减退20天,于1979年2月27日入院。体检:体温36.2℃,脉搏80,血压120/86,心肺无异常,腹部柔软,全腹有轻度压痛以剑突下为著,肝脾未触及,头颈及四肢关节及脊柱无异常。 Metoclopamide is a commonly used drug for the stomach, duodenum and biliary tract and causes very few reports of mental disorders. A recent case of this hospital was reported as follows: Patient, female, 47 years old, married due to irregular upper abdomen Pain with pantothenic acid, belching and loss of appetite for 20 days, on February 27, 1979 admission. Physical examination: body temperature 36.2 ℃, pulse 80, blood pressure 120/86, no abnormal heart and lungs, abdomen soft, mild abdominal tenderness with xiphoid, liver and spleen not touched, head and neck and limbs joints and spine without exception.
