利用高频感应熔覆时表面涂层材料与抽油杆产生的热反应在抽油杆表面形成一层耐蚀膜层。通过正交试验进行初步优化,得出最优配方,通过将反应后试件与原始试件的耐蚀性能进行对比分析,发现生成的膜层有较好的耐蚀性。
Using high-frequency induction cladding surface coating material and sucker rod thermal reaction in the sucker rod surface to form a layer of corrosion-resistant coating. The optimum formulation was obtained through orthogonal experiment. The corrosion resistance of the sample after the reaction was compared with that of the original sample. The corrosion resistance of the film was found to be good.
