据国内某些电站反映,以及苏联文献报道,电站中应用的25Cr_2Mo_1V、25Cr_2Mo_1 VA螺栓,或是在运行中,或是在检修后的重新运行时,往往发生断裂现象,严重影响到电站的安全运行。近几年来,螺栓不断地断裂已引起了国内有关方面的密切注意。尽管如此、至今尚末寻求出一个切实可行的方案来解决这个问题。现在,我电站中螺栓断裂情况,以及钢25Cr_2Mo_1V本身存在的问题,分别加以讨论。螺栓几何尺度的问题、是设计部门研究的课题,不在本文讨论范围之内。
According to some domestic power plants and the Soviet literature, 25Cr_2Mo_1V and 25Cr_2Mo_1 VA bolts used in power stations often break during operation or after re-running after maintenance, which seriously affects the safe operation of power plants . In recent years, the continuous breaking of bolts has aroused the close attention of domestic authorities. In spite of this, we have not yet come to a realistic solution to this problem. Now, I am in the power station bolt rupture, as well as steel 25Cr_2Mo_1V own problems, are discussed. The problem of the geometric dimension of the bolt is the subject of the design department’s research and is beyond the scope of this article.
