为积极贯彻中央关于涉农资金统筹整合的决策部署和深化财税体制改革有关要求,农业部近日制定印发了《农业部深入推进部门预算项目优化整合实施方案》,进一步优化财政资金供给结构,创新财政资金投入机制,从更高层面、更深层次、更广空间推进部门预算项目优化整合,为深化农业供给侧结构性改革提供支撑保障。
