6月12日上午,“武衡同志赠书仪式”在辽宁省文化厅李启云副厅长的主持下,在省图书馆新馆会议厅隆重举行。原国家科委副主任武衡同志及其夫人出席了赠书仪式,出席赠书仪式的省市领导有:省政协副主席林声、原省人大副主任柳文、省人大常委郝洪惠、省文化厅副厅长刘效炎、沈阳市文化局副局长沈长吉、辽宁省图书馆馆长王文超、沈阳市图书馆馆长罗也平,以及省市图书馆的部分代表和省、市新闻单位的记者。省文化厅副厅长李启云说,武衡同志是从北京来沈阳参加中科院金属研究所所庆活动的,特地为辽宁省图书馆和沈阳市图书馆
