拉萨市作为全国加强和创新社会管理试点城市,紧密结合西藏特殊区情与其自身面临的特殊市情,以加强和创新寺庙管理为重要突破口,开启了加强和创新社会管理试点工作。本文以拉萨市辖区内各类寺庙为研究对象,初步分析了拉萨市加强和创新寺庙管理的具体实践;然后重点分析了拉萨市加强和创新寺庙管理取得的初步成效以及存在的问题;最后,就拉萨市进一步加强和创新寺庙管理提出了几点对策与建议。
Lhasa, as the pilot city for strengthening and innovating social management throughout the country, closely integrated with the special conditions of Tibet and the special market it faces, with a view to strengthening and innovating the temple administration as a major breakthrough and opening up a pilot project to strengthen and innovate social management. This article takes all kinds of temples in the area of Lhasa as the research object, and initially analyzes the concrete practice of strengthening and innovating the temple management in Lhasa. Then it mainly analyzes the initial achievements and existing problems in strengthening and innovating temple management in Lhasa. Finally, Lhasa City, to further strengthen and innovate Temple Management put forward several countermeasures and suggestions.
