和解少阳法临床运用经验点滴

杨慎斋老中医年逾古稀,行医五十余载。治病不为古法所拘,每多创见,其和解少阳法运用灵活,立法遣药有独到处,现整理介绍如下: 一、少阳血分证证见傍晚寒热往来,夜间较甚,天阴则退,胸胁满闷,目眩,咽干口苦,舌质鲜红、苔薄白,脉弦细者,此为少阳血分证。夫邪入少阳,初在气分,为伤寒少阳证,久则由气分进入血分,故入夜则寒热往来。盖血为阴,夜亦阴也,天明热退,由阴转阳,由血返气,为本病之特 Yang Shen Zhai was more than 70 years old.
