Human activities have now surpassed Earth and entered outer space. For more than two decades manned space flight has proved that humans can survive, work and produce useful supplies beyond the earth. NASA began exploring the space capabilities of expanding into the life of a space station and establishing a regular high capacity and earth communication. Although manned space stations have advanced technology and science, there are issues such as temperature related to the environment, lack of oxygen, and the danger of gravitational “0” radiation. It is therefore essential to understand people’s tolerance in the space environment in order to formulate strategies that promote safety, health, comfort and productivity in long-term spatial missions.
