为研究壳聚糖对水环境镉致罗非鱼急性毒性-半致死时间(LT50)的影响,将200尾罗非鱼随机分为2个处理组,每处理4个重复,每重复25尾鱼。对照组和试验组水中镉的质量浓度为20 mg/L,试验组添加0.1 g/L的壳聚糖。结果表明:除了第8小时外,第16、第24、第32、第40和第48小时对照组的病死率均显著低于试验组;对照组LT50为(24.39±3.58)h,试验组LT50为(39.1±5.8)h,2个处理组间差异极显著。这说明,壳聚糖可一定程度上缓解镉对罗非鱼的急性毒性。
In order to study the effect of chitosan on LT50 induced by cadmium in water environment, 200 tilapia were randomly divided into 2 treatment groups with 4 replicates per treatment and 25 fish per replicate . The concentration of cadmium in the control and experimental groups was 20 mg / L, and 0.1 g / L of chitosan was added to the experimental group. The results showed that except for the 8th hour, the mortality rates of the control group at the 16th, 24th, 32nd, 40th and 48th hour were significantly lower than those in the control group. The LT50 of the control group was (24.39 ± 3.58) (39.1 ± 5.8) h, the difference between the two treatment groups was extremely significant. This shows that chitosan to some extent alleviate the acute toxicity of tilapia cadmium.
