随着铝合金铸件的广泛应用,对其机械性能的检测显得更加重要。铝铸件的机械性能主要取决于化学成分、铸件健全性、热处理及凝固参数。在前三个因素十分稳定的优质铝铸件,其机械性能主要取决于凝固速率了。凝固速率主要通过影响金相组织的粗细程度而起作用。由于α固溶体的枝晶臂间距DAS集中反映了亚共晶AI-Si合金金相组织的粗细程度,因此DAS的大小即可用来评价优质铝铸件机械性能的高低。
With the extensive use of aluminum alloy castings, the mechanical properties of the test is even more important. The mechanical properties of aluminum castings mainly depend on the chemical composition, casting soundness, heat treatment and solidification parameters.
