目的:对PropexⅡ根管测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确性进行评价。方法:选择120例患者268个根管,随机分成两组,分别采用PropexⅡ根管测量仪和X线摄片法测得根管工作长度并进行比较,了解其准确性。结果:根管测量仪测定根管工作长度根管充填后恰填率达91.30%,而X线摄片法测得的根管工作长度进行充填,恰填率为86.15%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Propex根管测量仪测定根管长度具有准确性高、简便、快速、减少患者X线照射等优点,缩短临床椅旁操作时间,提高根管治疗质量,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the accuracy of Propex II root canal measuring instrument in measuring the working length of root canal. Methods: A total of 268 root canals of 120 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The length of the root canal was measured by Propex Ⅱ root canal measuring instrument and X-ray radiography respectively, and the accuracy was evaluated. Results: The root canal tube length measured by root canal measuring instrument was 91.30% after root canal filling, while the root canal working length measured by X-ray photography method was 81.15%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Propex root canal measuring instrument has the advantages of high accuracy, simple, rapid, reducing the X-ray radiography of patients, shortening the operating time of chair nearby and improving the quality of root canal treatment. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
