复方千金藤口服液(FQJT)(40,20g·kg~1)连续灌胃给药9d,对小鼠移植肉瘤180(S_(180))、子宫肉瘤(U_(14))、肝癌实体型(Heps)的肿瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01),最高抑制率分别为50.2％,47.0％,48.7％,与环磷酰胺(Cy)相比,虽然作用稍弱,但Cy有明显降低小鼠体重增长作用,而FQJT则无明显影响。FQJT(40,20g·kg~1)连续灌胃给药10d对Cy引起的正常小鼠白细胞降低有明显的升高作用
Compound Qianjin rattan oral liquid (FQJT) (40,20 g·kg~1) was administered by intragastric administration for 9 days. The transplanted sarcoma 180 (S_(180)), uterine sarcoma (U_(14)), and liver cancer solid type ( Heps) had significant inhibitory effect on tumor growth (P<0.01). The highest inhibition rates were 50.2%, 47.0%, and 48.7%, respectively. Compared with cyclophosphamide (Cy), although the effect was slightly weak, Cy decreased significantly. The effect of body weight gain in mice was not significantly affected by FQJT. Continuous administration of FQJT(40,20g·kg~1) for 10 days has significant effect on the decrease of white blood cell induced by Cy in normal mice.
