高校社科队伍已成为我国哲学社会科学的主力军。目前,我国高校哲学社会科学教师达26万余人,比10年前增长了近1倍。其中,具有研究生以上学历的教师5.4万人。教育部自1997年开始实施哲学社会科学跨世纪优秀人才培养计划,迄今共有4批154位中青年学术骨干列入培养计划,其中许多人已成为各学科的知名专家和学术带头人。自1999年以来,在全国高校建立了106个哲
College social science team has become the main force of philosophy and social science in our country. At present, there are more than 260,000 teachers of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities in our country, an increase of nearly one time over 10 years ago. Among them, there are 54,000 teachers with postgraduate education or above. Since 1997, the Ministry of Education has started the plan to train transatlantic talents in philosophy and social sciences. So far, four groups of 154 middle-aged and young academic cadres have been included in the training programs. Many of them have become well-known experts and academic leaders in various disciplines.
