为了深入了解师生对于中小班化教学理念的认同程度,全面诊断小班化教学改革的进展情况与存在的问题,我们通过问卷调查的形式对浙江省平湖市行知中学师生进行了诊断性评价研究。结果表明,学校师生对于小班化教学理念认同度较高,在教师教学和学习学习行为层面也发生了明显的变化,教师自身专业化发展水平是制约学校推进小班化教学改革的主要影响因素。因此,学校管理层需要进一步完善促进教师专业发展的激励机制,而学生学习方法的指导和有效的课堂激励策略应该成为全体教师在小班化教学改革中关注的主要问题。
In order to get a better understanding of teachers and students' recognition of teaching ideas of small and medium-sized classes and make a comprehensive diagnosis on the progress and problems of small-class teaching reform, we conducted a diagnostic evaluation of teachers and students of Xingzhi High School in Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province through questionnaires the study. The results show that teachers and students have a high degree of recognition of the concept of small class teaching, and there has been a clear change in the teaching and learning behaviors of teachers. The professional development level of teachers is the main factor that restricts the promotion of small class teaching reform in schools. Therefore, the school management needs to further improve the incentive mechanism to promote the professional development of teachers, and the guidance of student learning methods and effective classroom incentive strategies should become the main issues that all teachers pay attention to in the small-class teaching reform.
