柬埔寨王国商业部部长占比塞于2000年元月25日签署了关于允许外籍商人申请独资经营进出口公司的017通告,内容如下: 第一条:所有到商业部注册营业执照的柬籍或外籍人士,均有权利自由申请注册进出口公司,所有进出口贸易活动应按规定缴纳税金。 第二条:第一条所注明的所有规定,不包括王国政府投资法范畴内的投资公司。进出口公司的所有商务活动不能享受1997年11月29日签署的王国投资法中所规定的优惠与鼓励条件。 第三条:所有在此之前与本决定相反的通令均作废。 第四条:本通告自签署之日起开始生效。 第五条:技术总局总局长、行政总局总局长、财经总局、办公厅主任必须负责施行此通告。
Bhutto, Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia, accounted for 017 in January 25, 2000 on the permission of foreign merchants to apply for sole proprietorship of import and export companies, as follows: Article 1: All the Ministry of Commerce registered business license of Cambodian or foreign People are free to apply for registration of import and export companies, all import and export trade activities should be required to pay taxes. Article 2: All the provisions specified in Article 1 do not include investment companies within the scope of the investment law of the Kingdom of the Kingdom. All business activities of import and export companies can not enjoy the preferential treatment and encouragement stipulated in the Kingdom Investment Law signed on November 29, 1997. Article 3: All previous orders contrary to this decision are null and void. Article 4: This circular shall come into force on the day of signing. Article 5: The general director of the General Administration of Technology, the director general of the general administration, the general bureau of finance and economy, and the director of the general office shall be responsible for the implementation of this circular.
