自1985年全国淡水渔政工作会议,特别是1987年全国渔政工作经验交流会议以来,我国淡水渔政管理工作在各级政府和渔业行政主管部门的领导、支持下,逐步得到加强,促进了淡水渔业的发展。今年9月农业部渔政局召开了第二次淡水渔政工作会议,各地介绍了近年来开展淡水渔政管理工作的经验,为了便于各地交流,本刊择要介绍部分地区的经验,供参考。
