赵耕同志写信给省委负责同志,反映小学生学习负担过重的情况,要求有关部门和学校采取措施减轻学生过重负担。我们认为这个意见很好。学生负担过重问题,已经引起了各级领导的注意。本期发表的昆明市副市长江风同志的文章和昆明市人民政府《关于减轻小学生过重负担的规定》,反映了昆明市对这一问题的重视。希望各地党政领导和教育行政部门,都象昆明市那样,采取切实措施,减轻学生过重负担。现将赵耕同志的信摘要刊登于下。·编者·
Comrade Zhao Geng wrote a letter to the responsible comrade of the provincial party committee, reflecting the fact that primary school students are overburdened with their studies, and asked related departments and schools to take measures to reduce the burden of overweight students. We think this opinion is very good. Overburdened students have already attracted the attention of leaders at all levels. The article published by Comrade Changfeng Yang of the Vice City of Kunming and the “Regulations on Reducing the Overburden of Primary School Students” of Kunming Municipal People’s Government reflected the importance that Kunming City attaches to this issue. It is hoped that party and government leaders and educational administrative departments in various places will adopt practical measures like Kunming to reduce the burden of overweight students.
