本文采用振动时效法,在国内目前最大的钢岔管模型(1:5.25)上进行了消除焊接残余应力的实验研究。分别用磁性法和盲孔法测试了激振前后钢岔管焊缝周围残余应力的分布与变化,对消除效果作出了定量分析。实验结果表明,振动时效法消除钢岔管焊接残余应力是一种既经济又有效的方法。
In this paper, the vibration aging method is used to eliminate the welding residual stress in the largest steel bifurcation pipe model (1: 5.25) in China. The distribution and variation of residual stress around the weld of the steel bifurcated pipe before and after the excitation were tested respectively by the magnetic method and the blind hole method to make a quantitative analysis of the elimination effect. The experimental results show that it is an economical and effective method to eliminate the welding residual stress of the steel bifurcated pipe by the vibration-aging method.
