根据中央和水利电力部关于实行两种劳动制度和两种教育制度的指示,去年我們先后在39个水文站試行了亦工亦农劳动制度。下面談談我們的做法和一些初步体会。
According to the instructions of the Central Government and the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power on implementing the two labor systems and the two education systems, last year we piloted the Yilan Yiren labor system at 39 hydrological stations. Here to talk about our approach and some initial experience.
