针对采用“边开挖、边加固”施工方法的高边坡工程对预锚施工速度提出的要求,本文在室内及现场试验的基础上,研究开发出快速锚固技术,研究内容包括:高早强、抗侵蚀锚根胶结材料及内锚固段压力灌浆工艺两个方面,其中部分成果──高早强、抗侵蚀锚根胶结材料已用于李家峡水电站岩质高边坡加固施工中。解决了边坡开挖和加固的许多矛盾,大大加快了施工速度,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the requirement of pre-anchoring construction speed for high slope engineering using “side excavation and side reinforcement” construction method, this paper studies and develops fast anchoring technology on the basis of indoor and field tests. The research contents include: high early strength , Erosion-resistant anchor root cementing material and the internal anchoring section pressure grouting process, some of the results ─ ─ high early strength, anti-erosion anchor root cementing material has been used for the construction of Lijiaxia Hydropower Station rock slope reinforcement. Solve many contradictions of slope excavation and reinforcement, greatly speed up the construction speed, and achieved obvious economic and social benefits.
