随着进口医疗器械日益广泛的应用,完善的维修工作对保障医疗第一线顺利开展工作起着举足轻重的作用。由于进口医疗器械技术含量高,要真正维修好医疗器械,除了必须具备详细的资料,足够的测试仪器和维修工具,以及充足的零配件供应等许多物质条件,主观上还要求维修者有较高的业务素质和良好的敬业精神。如果求助于公司,则难免会遇上诸如:费用高、维修不及时等诸多不便之处,甚至还有可能由于代理商停止经销某些产品,导致仪器长时间无法修复或不得不报废的恶果。所以,因地制宜、灵活多变地开展应急维修就成了维修医疗器械的重要手段,它对节约成本,提高仪器使用率和使用寿命等方面都起着不可替代的作用。所谓应急修理,就是针对配件、资料、公司售后服务等方面存在的不足,从实际出发,在充分发挥维修人员的主观能动性和创造力的基础上进行的一系列维修活动。它主要采用的方法包括:间接替换法,闲置元器件利用法,开路法,短路法,次要功能放弃法,降低功率使用法。下面从几个实例出发,说明我本人是怎样开展应急工作的。
