随着我国市场经济体制的不断发展和逐步完善,工程建设管理体制的改革不断深化,内部控制制度对于施工企业的正常经营活动有着重要的意义。本文在分析施工企业内部控制六个重点领域的基础上提出了其内部控制制度的改进建议。
With the constant development and gradual improvement of the market economy system in our country, the reform of the construction management system has been deepened. The internal control system is of great significance to the normal operation of construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of six key areas of internal control of construction enterprises, this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement of its internal control system.
