目的了解抚州市社区卫生服务开展及利用情况。方法在全市范围内用拦截法对429名居民进行社区卫生服务开展及利用情况调查。结果抚州市429名被调查者中,仅23.5%的人得到了公共卫生服务券,其中享受了公共卫生服务人数占17.0%,享受了标准公共卫生服务的人数仅占3.0%。结论社区卫生服务机构应按规定操作,采取各种措施加大宣传力度,合理利用卫生资源,提高社区卫生服务利用。
Objective To understand the development and utilization of community health services in Fuzhou. Methods A survey of community health service development and utilization of 429 inhabitants by means of interception in the city was conducted. Results Of the 429 respondents in Fuzhou, only 23.5% received public health service vouchers, of which 17.0% enjoyed public health services and only 3.0% enjoyed standard public health services. Conclusion Community health service agencies should operate according to the regulations, take various measures to step up publicity, make rational use of health resources and improve the utilization of community health services.
