目的探讨郴州市城区初中生体质指数(BMI)与血压的关系,为郴州市学校卫生保健工作的决策提供基线数据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取郴州市6所学校部分初中生为检测对象,以《2005年中国学生体质与健康调研报告》中国汉族城市12~15岁男、女生血压百分位值为本研究的血压偏高诊断标准计算各年龄组男、女生血压偏高率。对血压与体质指数和肥胖的相关性进行统计分析。结果调查初中生2566人,其中血压偏高学生532例,偏高率20.7%。其中男学生166例,偏高率17.1%,女生366例,偏高率22.5%。男、女初中生血压偏高率差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.06,P=0.005)。郴州市城区(12~15岁)初中生非超重组为10.75%,超重率为9.63%,肥胖率为2.18%;各组血压偏高检出率分别为19.15%、34.55%和39.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论郴州市城区12~15岁初中生随年龄的增长BMI也变高;郴州市城区12~15岁初中生收缩压和舒张压总体均数值肥胖组>超重组>非超重组。定期开展教育、健康检查、平衡膳食和积极参加体育锻炼,积极控制初中生体重,提早预防血压偏高。
Objective To explore the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure of junior high school students in Chenzhou City and to provide baseline data for the decision-making of school health care in Chenzhou City. Methods A cluster random sampling method was adopted to select junior high school students from 6 schools in Chenzhou City for testing. Based on the 2005 Chinese Student Physique and Health Research Report, blood pressure percentiles of male and female aged 12 to 15 years in Chinese Han cities Study of high blood pressure diagnostic criteria for men and women of all ages to calculate the high rate of hypertension. The correlation between blood pressure and body mass index and obesity was analyzed statistically. Results A total of 2566 junior high school students were investigated, including 532 with high blood pressure, with a high rate of 20.7%. Among them, there are 166 male students, with a high rate of 17.1% and 366 female students, with a high rate of 22.5%. Male and female junior high school students had a significant difference in high blood pressure (χ2 = 8.06, P = 0.005). In Chenzhou city (12-15 years old), the non-overweight group was 10.75%, the overweight rate was 9.63%, and the obesity rate was 2.18%. The high detection rate of blood pressure in each group was 19.15%, 34.55% and 39.29%, respectively There was statistical significance (P <0.001). Conclusion The BMI of junior high school students aged 12-15 years old in Chenzhou urban area increased with age. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of junior middle school students aged 12-15 in Chenzhou City were all higher than those in obese, overweight and non-overweight groups. Regular education, health checks, balanced diet and active participation in physical exercise, and actively control the weight of junior high school students, early prevention of high blood pressure.
