在后掠式压气机热力计算中,叶轮的压头系数_c与滑移因子中的叶片数Z_c、叶片出口叶片翘曲角β_2及叶轮摩擦功中的摩擦系数α等有关。在以往的热力计算中,_c是凭经验选择的,而Z_c、β_2、α是由原始数据给定的,这些参数是彼此独立的,因而,在理论分析中得出了相反的结论。这样不但计算困难,而且还不够精确。本文提出了一种正确的计算方法,导出了_c与Z_c、β_2、α之间的数学表达式。通过径向式和后掠式压气机的计算,证实该法比原来的方法更精确、可靠。
In the thermal calculation of swept-back compressor, the indenter coefficient _c of the impeller is related to the blade number Z_c in the slip factor, the warpage angle β 2 at the blade outlet and the friction coefficient α in the friction work of the impeller. In previous thermodynamic calculations, _c was chosen empirically and Z_c, β_2, α were given by the original data. These parameters were independent of each other, and the opposite conclusion was reached in the theoretical analysis. This not only calculates the difficulty, but also not precise enough. In this paper, a correct calculation method is proposed, and the mathematical expression between _c and Z_c, β_2, α is deduced. Through the calculation of radial and swept-back compressor, it is proved that the method is more accurate and reliable than the original method.
