近年来在一些大城市,天然气较多的应用于工业锅炉。燃气工业锅炉的比例达到5%左右,且呈快速增长的趋势,一些城市燃气锅炉的比例已达到50%以上。天然气中的灰分、含硫量和含氮量均较低,其燃烧后产生的烟气中粉尘量极少,易达到国家对燃烧设备所要求的排放标准,且锅炉的燃烧效率也较高。1燃气工业锅炉的能效现状近两年,对深圳市320台燃气工业锅炉进行了能效测试,主要是对天然气燃料,不包括液化石油气、城市煤气、沼气、高炉气等。测试锅炉的额定负荷分布如下图1所示。TSG G0002《锅炉节能技术监督管理
