目的:探讨高强度超声(HIU)治疗早期子宫内膜癌的有效性。方法:31只子宫内膜VX2肿瘤模型兔于接种后4天随机分为三组,分别进行HIU治疗(n=11)、假照处理(n=10)及手术治疗(n=10)。观察各组动物的中位生存时间及治愈率。结果:HIU治疗组和手术组的中位生存时间均为150天,治愈率均为100%,假照组中位生存时间为52.5天,治愈率为0,二者中位生存时间及治愈率均明显高于假照组(P<0.01);结论:作为一种微创治疗方法,HIU能有效治疗兔移植性子宫内膜肿瘤。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of high intensity ultrasound (HIU) in the treatment of early endometrial cancer. Methods: Thirty-one endometrial VX2 tumor models were randomly divided into three groups at 4 days after vaccination. They were treated with HIU (n=11), sham irradiation (n=10) and surgical treatment (n=10). The median survival time and cure rate of each group of animals were observed. Results: The median survival time of the HIU treatment group and the operation group was 150 days, the cure rate was 100%, the median survival time of the sham group was 52.5 days, the cure rate was 0, and the median survival time was The cure rates were significantly higher than those in the sham group (P<0.01). Conclusion: As a minimally invasive treatment, HIU can effectively treat transplanted endometrial tumors in rabbits.
