北京市卫生局自1988年起,在10家医院正式试点住院医师规范化培训工作。目前已发展到26所医院,有1230名住院医师接受培训。1993年有125名临床住院医师获得北京市卫生局颁发的临床住院医师培训合格证书。5年来,通过积极试点,不断探索临床住院医师成才的规律,认真总结各实施单位在培训工作中创造的有益经验,初步形成了一套具有北京市卫生系统住院医师培训工作特点,并证明是行之有效的培训制度和培训方法,使住院医师毕业后教育出现了生机勃勃、健康发展的局面。
Since 1988, the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau has formally piloted standardized training for residents in 10 hospitals. At present, 26 hospitals have been developed and 1,230 residents are trained. In 1993, there were 125 clinical resident physicians who obtained the qualification certificate for clinical resident training issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Health. Over the past five years, through active trials, the law of clinical resident physicians has been continuously explored, and the beneficial experiences created by the implementing agencies in training have been carefully summarized. A set of training characteristics for residents of the Beijing health system resident has initially formed and proved to be effective. The effective training system and training methods have enabled resident physicians to experience a vigorous and healthy development after graduation.
