金属锶及锶合金都可以采用热还原法和熔盐电解法制备,锶合金还可以采用熔炼法制备。将真空铝热还原法设备由原来的横罐炉改为竖罐炉,并采用内加热方式,将有利于提高生产效率和降低能耗。熔盐电解法是一种制备锶合金的有效方法,需要加强电解槽的研制和电解工程技术的研究。锶作为合金化元素加入到合金中之后,能细化合金晶粒,改善合金耐热、机械、抗腐蚀等性能。对锶影响合金组织和性能的机制研究和含锶应用合金的研发工作需要加强。
Strontium and strontium metal alloys can be prepared by thermal reduction method and molten salt electrolysis, strontium alloys can also be prepared by melting method. The vacuum aluminum thermal reduction equipment from the original horizontal furnace to vertical furnace, and the use of internal heating, will help to improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Molten salt electrolysis is an effective method for preparation of strontium alloys, the need to strengthen the development of electrolytic cells and electrolytic engineering technology. Strontium as an alloying element added to the alloy, the alloy grains can be refined to improve the alloy heat, mechanical, corrosion and other properties. Research on the mechanism of strontium affecting the microstructure and properties of alloys and the research and development of alloys containing strontium need to be strengthened.
