三轴台伺服陀螺加速度计闭环控制系统设计

陀螺加速度计的外环干扰力矩包括仪表外环轴的摩擦力矩和交叉轴加速度引起的交变力矩。本文分析了引起陀螺加速度计外环干扰力矩的主要原因,提出采用三轴台与陀螺加速度计构成闭环伺服系统分离陀螺加速度计外环干扰力矩试验方法,设计了自动增益补偿电路、增益匹配电路和稳定闭环投入电路,并成功地将三轴台伺服陀螺加速度计系统投入运行,完成了陀螺加速度计分离外环干扰力矩试验。为改进陀螺加速度计的工艺和补偿外环干扰力矩提供了试验依据。 The outer ring interference torque of the gyro accelerometer includes the friction torque of the outer ring of the instrument and the alternating torque caused by the acceleration of the cross shaft. This paper analyzes the main causes of the external ring interference torque of gyro accelerometer and proposes a test method of separating the outer ring interference torque of the gyro accelerometer with a closed loop servo system by a triaxial table and a gyro accelerometer. The automatic gain compensation circuit, gain matching circuit and The closed-loop input circuit is stabilized, and the three-axis servo gyro accelerometer system is successfully put into operation. The outer ring interference torque test of the gyro accelerometer is completed. The experimental basis is provided for improving the technology of gyro accelerometer and compensating the disturbance torque of outer ring.
