针对PC加芯外墙板在室内外温差较大时产生内外叶墙板变形差过大,而导致加速墙板裂化问题.。以延吉市气候特点为研究背景,通过环境温度应力理论分析,运用ANASYS有限元模型分析方法,建立了玻化微珠再生混凝土复合夹心墙板和普通混凝土夹心墙板的结构模型,并模拟出墙板在使用过程中经历夏季和冬季极限温度下所引发的变形行为,分析归纳其规律和特点,为减缓不利的变形行为提出技术控制措施提供借鉴和参考。
For PC plus core wall panels in indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater when the deformation of the inner and outer wall panels is too large, resulting in accelerated cracking of the wall panels. Taking the climate characteristics of Yanji City as the research background, the structural model of vitreous microbeads recycled concrete sandwich panels and ordinary concrete sandwich panels was established by theoretical analysis of environmental temperature stress and the finite element analysis of ANASYS. During the process of using the board, the deformation behaviors induced by the summer and winter limit temperatures are analyzed. The regularity and characteristics of the board are analyzed, and the technical control measures for mitigating unfavorable deformation behavior are provided for reference.
