刀具调整中的精确预调对计算机辅助制造和柔性制造系统来说是非常重要的。文章提出了刀具管理系统中的一种预调系统的组织体系,并用可供实用的装置来概述进展的情况。最后以一个柔性制造系统中的预调系统为实例做了具体介绍。
Accurate presetting in tool adjustment is very important for computer-aided manufacturing and flexible manufacturing systems. The paper presents a system of presetting system in the tool management system, and summarizes the progress by using practical devices. Finally, a flexible manufacturing system in the preset system as an example to do a specific introduction.
