糖尿病下肢静脉回流功能研究

糖尿病患者的循环系统(包括血管系统和血流动力学)早期受糖尿病的影响即发生改变,其中尤其是微循环系统的变化更为显著。早在1971年有人根据糖尿病的血管病变,将糖尿病称之为SLOPS(Sugar,Lipids,obeaity,pressure,and Smoking)。鉴于对糖尿病静脉功能研究较少,本文通过LRR(Light-Refle-xions-Rheograph)——光反射电流图检测方法,分析与研究糖尿病静脉受损的程度,以便早期采取防治措施。 一般资料 —、本组糖尿病20例,男12例,女8例;年龄最小36岁;最大80岁;平均年龄54岁。 二、糖尿病肢端坏疽6例,糖尿病末梢神经炎5例;单纯糖尿病9例。健康对照10人。 The circulatory system of diabetic patients (including the vascular system and hemodynamics) is affected by the changes of diabetes in the early stage, especially the changes of the microcirculation system are more remarkable. As early as 1971, diabetes was referred to as SLOPS (Sugar, Lipids, obeaity, pressure, and Smoking) based on diabetic vascular disease. In view of the less research on venous function of diabetes, this paper analyzed and studied the extent of diabetic vein damage by Light-Refle-xions-Rheograph (LRR), in order to take early prevention and treatment measures. General information - 20 cases of diabetes in this group, 12 males and 8 females; the youngest 36 years old; maximum 80 years old; average age 54 years old. Second, diabetic gangrene in 6 cases, diabetic peripheral neuritis in 5 cases; simple diabetes in 9 cases. Healthy control 10 people.
