天津经济技术开发区(以下简称“天津开发区”)位于天津市东南,距市中心50公里,紧靠天津新港和塘沽市区,总规划面积33平方公里。其中工业区23平方公里,生活区10平方公里。计划分三期进行建设:第一期“起步区”,先开发面积4.2平方公里,其中工业区2.55平方公里,仓储区0.45平方公里,生活区1.2平方公里。计划兴办150个企业,职工约2万人,工业总产值24亿元,劳动生产率每人每年8～10万
Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as “Tianjin Development Zone”) is located in southeast of Tianjin, 50 km from the city center, close to Tianjin Xingang and Tanggu urban area with a total planned area of 33 square kilometers. Of which 23 square kilometers industrial area, living area of 10 square kilometers. Plans to build three phases: the first phase of the “starting area”, the first development area of 4.2 square kilometers, of which 2.55 square kilometers industrial area, storage area of 0.45 square kilometers, living area of 1.2 square kilometers. It is planned to set up 150 enterprises with about 20,000 workers and workers, with a total industrial output value of 2.4 billion yuan and labor productivity of 80,000 to 100,000 per person per year
