由于我区经济基础比较薄弱,财源不足,财政增收缓慢,加之社会事业的发展对财政资金的需求不断加大,我区财政工作有许多实际问题亟待解决。面对这些问题,自治区财政厅在干部培训中将干部培训与课题调研结合起来,找到了一个既能赋予培训实质性內容、又能有效地解决财政实际问题的有效载体,实现培训载体的创新。该厅选择了财政改革中的一些重点、难点和热点问题作为调研课题,并将这些调研课题作为干部培训研讨的主要內容,实行先调研后培训,再将培训成果转化为政策措施,促进解决财政工作实际问题。
Due to the weak economic foundation, insufficient financial resources and slow revenue growth in our region, as well as the ever-increasing demand for fiscal funds for the development of social undertakings, many practical problems in our financial work have to be solved urgently. Faced with these problems, the Autonomous Region Department of Finance combines the training of cadres with the investigation and study of cadres in the training of cadres and finds an effective carrier that can not only give substantive training content but also effectively solve the actual financial problems, so as to realize the innovation of training carriers. The hall has chosen some key points, difficulties and hot issues in the fiscal reform as its research topics. These research topics have been used as the main content of the cadre training seminars.
