对54例儿童胸积水采用脑室—腹腔分流术治疗,发生并发症18例,占33.3％。对并发症发生的原因进行分析并提出了预防措施。
Fifty-four children with hydrocephalus were treated by ventricle-peritoneal shunt. Complications occurred in 18 cases (33.3%). The causes of complications were analyzed and preventive measures were put forward.
