作者在本文以邮电企业为例,利用层次分析法的基本原理,着重分析了管理人员素质的含义及其主要内容,讨论了模型的特点,并建立了综合评价邮电管理人员素质的层次分析模型,最后对模型的应用进行了具体的讨论。
In this paper, the author takes postal and telecommunications enterprises as an example. By using the basic principle of AHP, this paper emphatically analyzes the meanings and main contents of managers’ qualities, discusses the characteristics of the model, and establishes an AHP model for evaluating the quality of post and telecommunications managers. Finally, the application of the model is discussed in detail.
