本文针对我国学生体质测试政策制定、执行与评估现状,采用文献资料法和逻辑归纳法,全面梳理和深入探查我国体质测试制度体系的变迁过程及目前存在的问题,得出以下结论:学生体质测试实际指标与《国家学生体质健康标准》存在错位;学生体质测试具体环节存在漏洞;测试对象(学生)和施测人员对体质测试重大意义的认知程度存在反差;第三方监测机制的引入具有必要性和可行性,现阶段亟须构建系统全面、操作性强、适合我国国情的第三方监测机制;我国学生体质测试政策的制定、执行与评估体系仍需不断适应学生体质测试的发展形势,进一步迭代升级.
