根据文献以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料制备了具有较好机械性能的聚氨酯弹性体胶条(PU),并在胶条表面接枝肝素,得到肝素化聚氨酯胶条(PU-Hep)。将聚氨酯胶条浸泡在明胶稀溶液中,测量溶液粘度随时间、溶液浓度和温度的变化,并采用具有界面校正的粘度方程从实验相对粘度数据计算明胶在聚氨酯表面的吸附量。研究发现明胶分子迅速吸附到聚氨酯胶条表面,但是达到吸附平衡需要较长时间。在35℃~42℃范围内,明胶吸附量随温度升高而增大,表面肝素化后胶条吸附蛋白质的能力增大。
According to the literature, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) was used as a raw material to prepare a polyurethane elastomer strip (PU) with good mechanical properties. The heparinized polyvinylidene chloride (PU-Hep) ). The polyurethane tape was soaked in a dilute solution of gelatin to measure the change of solution viscosity with time, solution concentration and temperature. The viscosity of gelatin on polyurethane surface was calculated from the relative viscosity data by using the viscosity equation with interface correction. It has been found that gelatin molecules adsorb rapidly to the surface of polyurethane tapes, but it takes a long time to reach the equilibrium of adsorption. In the range of 35 ℃ ~ 42 ℃, the amount of gelatin adsorbed increased with the increase of temperature, and the ability of the surface of the gel to adsorb protein increased after heparinization.
