改革开放以来,随着我国高等院校任教外籍教师人数不断的增加,外籍教师管理人员在和外籍教师交往的过程中,由于文化背景、表达方式等因素的差异,常常出现文化冲突现象,进而给交际双方带来不必要的误解和曲解,给彼此之间的交流带来阻碍。因此,我们非常有必要对高校外籍教师管理中的文化冲突现象进行详细的分析,并找出其存在的原因,进而采取有效的措施提高外籍教师管理人员的跨文化交际意识和交流技能,运用科学、合理的跨文化交际方式,加强高校外籍教师之间的交流沟通。
Since the reform and opening up, with the increasing number of foreign teachers in higher education institutions in our country, foreign teachers often encounter cultural conflicts due to cultural differences in cultural backgrounds and expressions when dealing with foreign teachers. Communication between the two sides bring unnecessary misunderstanding and misinterpretation, to bring the communication between each other obstacles. Therefore, it is very necessary for us to conduct a detailed analysis of the cultural conflicts in the management of foreign teachers in universities and to find out the reasons for their existence. Then, we should take effective measures to improve the cross-cultural communication skills and skills of foreign teachers’ , A reasonable way of cross-cultural communication, to strengthen the communication between foreign teachers in colleges and universities.
