天然橡胶(NR)是用于载重轮胎胎面胶的主要成分。轮胎胎面胶的通用胶料配方包括NR和BR作为聚合物基料,炭黑作为补强剂,还有硫化剂成分。本文研究了双相填充剂体系(炭黑和沉淀法白炭黑)对轮胎胎面胶动态性能的影响。研究结果表明,通过增大沉淀法白炭黑添加量,轮胎的抗疲劳性能、滚动阻力和生热性均显著改善,而轮胎胎面胶的拉伸强度、定伸应力和湿路面抓着性能则随着橡胶胶料配方中白炭黑量的增加而降低。
Natural rubber (NR) is the main component used for tire tread rubber. General purpose rubber compound formulations for tire tread rubber include NR and BR as polymeric binders, carbon black as a reinforcing agent, and a curative ingredient. In this paper, the effects of two-phase filler system (carbon black and precipitated silica) on the dynamic properties of tire tread rubber were studied. The results show that by increasing the amount of precipitated silica, the tire fatigue resistance, rolling resistance and heat were significantly improved, while the tire tread rubber tensile strength, tensile modulus and wet grip performance Then decreases as the amount of white carbon in the rubber compound formulation increases.
