本试验以单、双辊装置激冷Al—Cu系合金,研究了冷速与组织的关系,探讨了把竞争生长理论运用到高速激冷中去的可能性,并把定向凝固获得的λ~2R=const结论推广到激冷凝固中,所得计算冷速与试验吻合。
In this experiment, single-and double-roll devices were used to chill Al-Cu alloys. The relationship between cooling rate and microstructure was investigated. The possibility of applying competitive growth theory to high-speed quenching was also discussed. The λ ~ 2R = const The conclusion is generalized to the de-icing and solidification, and the calculated cooling rate is consistent with the test.
