圆振动筛的设计是否合理直接影响其筛分效率,按照常规设计已远远不能满足要求,需要进行优化设计。介绍了粒子群优化算法的基本原理、算法实现步骤。通过对圆振动筛进行动力学分析,以单位生产量功率消耗最小为目标函数,建立优化数学模型,编制粒子群算法的MATLAB程序进行优化,得到了比常规设计更为优越的结果。粒子群优化算法较好地完成了优化任务,为振动机械的结构设计提供了新的思路和方法。
