针对大型综掘巷道超前支架体积大,不易在实验室中对其进行动力学特性试验研究等问题,基于相似理论,建立比例为1:8的相似试验模型。分别对原型机和试验模型进行模态试验分析,测得两者固有频率以及各阶的模态阵型。试验结果表明:原型机和试验模型的各阶模态阵型基本一致。由试验得到的原型机固有频率与由相似原理推算原型机固有频率的平均误差为4.72%,最大值为7.93%。对按比例制作的试验模型进行模态分析以及动力学特性研究,基本上能够反映原型机的动力学特性。
In view of the large volume of leading support of large-scale fully mechanized roadway, it is not easy to test its dynamic characteristics in the laboratory. Based on the similarity theory, a similar test model with a ratio of 1: 8 is established. Respectively, the prototype and test model for modal test analysis, measured the natural frequency of the two and the modal formation of the order. The experimental results show that the modal formation of each prototype of the prototype and the experimental model are basically the same. The average error between the natural frequency of the prototype and the natural frequency of the prototype machine estimated by the similar principle is 4.72% and the maximum value is 7.93%. The modal analysis and kinetic characterization of the experimentally produced test model basically reflect the kinetic characteristics of the prototype.
