开展并深化网络服务,是图书馆改革的重要内容。几年来,我们做了以下几方面的工作,取得了较好的效果。一、更新观念,坚持网络服务方向在深化图书馆工作改革中,我们进行了观念更新。一是在事业体制上树立一体化的观念,使图书馆由过去分散、孤立的状态,向网络化方向发展。二是在事业发展上树立社会化的观念,改变以往单独由国家办图书馆的格局,实行国家、集体、个人一起上。三是在服务宗旨上树立“读者第一”的观念,由被动服务向主动服务转变。四是在服务方式上树立多功能的观念,使图书馆发挥文化、教育、科学、情报等多功能。五是在服务手段上树立现代化的观念,逐步由手工操作向应用现代新技术发展。
Carrying out and deepening network services is an important part of library reform. In the past few years, we have done the following work and achieved good results. First, update the concept, adhere to the direction of network services In deepening the reform of library work, we conducted a concept update. One is to establish an integrated concept in the cause system so that the library can develop from a dispersed and isolated state in the past to a networked one. Second, it is necessary to establish a socialized concept in career development and to change the pattern of using libraries independently by the state to implement the state, collective and individual together. Third, the service aims to establish the “reader first” concept, from passive service to active service change. Fourth, we should establish a multi-functional concept in service mode so that the library can play a multi-functional role in culture, education, science and intelligence. Fifth, establish the concept of modernization in the means of service and gradually shift from manual operation to application of modern new technologies.
