校园文化建设、学校文化建设、特色学校建设是近几年教育的热词。北京市丰台二中校长王志江毕业于华中师范大学数学教育专业,获得新加坡南洋理工大学教育管理硕士学位,是北京市数学特级教师。在学习、借鉴、思考的基础上,他从学校文化管理与特色学校建设的关系角度,论述了实施文化管理的必要性和重要性。与此同时,他带领全体师生在“实施文化管理,创建特色学校”方面颇有建树。从本期开始,他将结合学校实践,对丰台二中如何实施文化管理进行阐述。从丰台二中的王校长开始,我们将邀请一些校长,就“学校文化管理”做一系列论坛,希望通过这个论坛,引起大家对这个问题的深度思考并能够经验共享。
The construction of campus culture, the construction of school culture, and the construction of characteristic schools are hot words of education in recent years. Wang Zhijiang, principal of Fengtai No. 2 Middle School in Beijing, graduated from mathematics education at Huazhong Normal University and obtained a master’s degree in education and management from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Beijing mathematics special grade teacher. On the basis of learning, learning and thinking, he discussed the necessity and importance of implementing cultural management from the perspective of the relationship between school culture management and characteristic school construction. At the same time, he led the teachers and students in the “implementation of cultural management, create a distinctive school” in terms of achievements. From the beginning of this issue, he will elaborate on how to implement cultural management in Fengtai II in conjunction with school practice. Starting from the headmaster of Fengtai II Middle School, we will invite some principals to do a series of forums on “school culture management”.
